Welcome to Prerediten. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website prerediten.com and our Australian tourism services provided by Prerediten (ABN: 12 345 678 901) ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our tourism products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Prerediten provides Australian tourism services including but not limited to:

  • Guided tours and excursions
  • Adventure packages and outdoor activities
  • Cultural experiences and educational tours
  • Custom itinerary planning
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Travel consultation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Make payment according to our payment terms

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until:

  • We receive your completed booking form
  • Payment is processed successfully
  • You receive written confirmation from us

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking is accurate, including names, dates, special requirements, and contact details. Errors in booking information may result in additional charges or tour modifications.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms vary by service:

  • Day tours: Full payment required at booking
  • Multi-day tours: 50% deposit required, balance due 30 days before departure
  • Custom packages: Payment schedule provided with quote

4.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Foreign exchange fluctuations may affect final charges for international customers.

4.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid, the price will not change except in cases of:

  • Government tax increases
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Force majeure events

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)

5.2 Our Cancellations

We may cancel tours due to:

  • Insufficient bookings (minimum numbers not met)
  • Weather conditions or safety concerns
  • Force majeure events
  • Operational issues

In such cases, we will provide full refund or offer alternative dates/tours.

5.3 No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and evacuation
  • Personal liability
  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Adventure activities (if applicable)

Travel insurance is the customer's responsibility, and we are not liable for any losses that would have been covered by adequate insurance.

7. Health and Safety Requirements

7.1 Health Declarations

Customers must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect their participation in tours. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in tour exclusion without refund.

7.2 Fitness Requirements

Some tours require specific fitness levels. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the physical requirements outlined in tour descriptions.

7.3 Safety Instructions

Customers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
  • Use provided safety equipment correctly
  • Behave responsibly and not endanger themselves or others
  • Refrain from activities prohibited by guides

7.4 Age Restrictions

Some tours have minimum age requirements. Children must be accompanied by adults as specified in tour descriptions.

8. Liability and Risk

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Personal injury due to customer negligence
  • Damage to personal property
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control

8.2 Assumption of Risk

Tourism activities involve inherent risks. By participating, customers acknowledge and assume these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Natural hazards and weather conditions
  • Transportation risks
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Physical exertion and outdoor activities

8.3 Third-Party Services

We act as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, activity operators). We are not liable for their actions, omissions, or failures.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving at meeting points on time
  • Bringing appropriate clothing and equipment
  • Following guide instructions
  • Respecting local laws, customs, and environments
  • Obtaining necessary visas and permits
  • Maintaining valid travel documents
  • Reporting any issues immediately

10. Conduct and Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove customers who:

  • Behave inappropriately or dangerously
  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Harass other customers or staff
  • Damage property or environment
  • Refuse to follow safety instructions
  • Engage in illegal activities

No refund will be provided for removal due to inappropriate conduct.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and extreme weather
  • Terrorism and civil unrest
  • Government actions and travel restrictions
  • Transportation strikes or mechanical failures
  • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • Supplier failures or closures

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content

During tours, we may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our promotional materials unless you specifically object in writing.

Customers are welcome to take personal photographs but must respect:

  • Privacy of other participants
  • Local customs and restrictions
  • Wildlife and environmental protection guidelines
  • Sacred or culturally sensitive sites

14. Complaints and Disputes

14.1 Complaint Process

If you have concerns about our services:

  1. Raise issues immediately with your guide or tour leader
  2. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours
  3. Provide written details of the complaint within 7 days of tour completion

14.2 Resolution

We will investigate all complaints promptly and work toward fair resolution. Our liability for service failures is limited to refund or credit for future services.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in New South Wales, Australia, under Australian law.

15. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the website for commercial purposes without permission
  • Harass or spam other users
